Hangout
|
Hangout is coming soon to First Presbyterian! Hangout is our new kid's club. It will be starting Hangout the second week of March (recently changed), so it is less than a month away! Hangout will meet every Wednesday evening from 5:30-7:00 from March 12th through May. This will be a safe and loving place to have your kids learn, grow, and play. And possibly the best part is that it is completely free! Kids from preschool age up to 5th grade are welcome to come. We will gather at the church, start with a dinner for the kids, and then do crafts and activities. Please come and check it out next month and let your friends know about our free childcare. What parent doesn't want a night out once in a while?! I have to admit, we do need some help. We need 6-8 people each Wednesday night to get this ministry off and running. Is there a Wednesday night each month that you can help out with? Please let me know dates that you are able to help and I will put you on the sign up sheet. Helping includes leading an activity or serving in the kitchen. I am so excited about this and look forward to hearing from you soon! |
Timeout Bottles

They are bottles filled with glitter that you give to you little one while they are in timeout. It helps them relax and it is a natural timer. I made a four of these, one for each of my kids and one for my niece. We haven't had a chance to use use them yet, but I'm sure that time will come...
